The cats like the new harnesses
The cats like the new harnesses much better than the old ones, which were just a serious of linked straps. The ones are also A LOT easier to get on them, the straps used to drive me crazy.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great. The harness (medium) was huge. We ended up buying an extra small from another company and had to alter that one to make it fit. My kitty weighs 6.5 pounds and is a year old. I don’t know if the medium will ever fit her. However customer service was excellent.

Zak doesn't mind me putting the harness…
Zak doesn't mind me putting the harness on because it no longer goes over his head. I probably should have gotten a smaller size because his skin somehow doesn't fit as tight as most other cats. Yup, you read it right, his skin is loose. He weighs about 22 lbs and not as fat as I am. I'll also order one for Mac, he's built normally and 15-18 lbs. He hasn't liked going out but the trauma of a harness was just to much for him.
The purchase was easy and we love your product so please keep up the good work.

Cat harness
I received the cat harnesses that I ordered and one was too big on my cat. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly and the issue was resolved with no hassle no questions just wanted to make sure I was satisfied. They are sending me a smaller size that I am looking forward to receiving. The harness is well made and I can see where it will be comfortable for my cat to wear.

Exemplary Customer Service
I recently ordered a harness and leash for my cat. I didn't think about how stressful the process would be for my 12 year old cat. When I reached out to customer support they were most gracious in offering a refund and even let me keep the product. I plan to donate it to our local shelter.

1st purchase too large, Bam's Houdini to replacement. Water fountain
We first purchased an extra large size. It was too big and we tried to return. Only to learn returns are not done. We used the credit to purchase the large size which seems to fit. But Bam Bam is an elusive creature and he escaped your harness. Apparently with no problem. But in fairness, we did have him tied up and our eyes were off of him at the time. So we don't know how well of a Houdini he really is.
We also bought a water fountain. I didn't imagine when purchasing it how small it would be. Bam Bam is not as interested in this device as I had hoped. He will drink from it, but he still goes to the dogs bowl.
UPDATE: 6/22/26 BamBam regularly drinks from the water fountain. It works well. As far as the harness and leash goes. It's well-made. But Bam Bam is a loose cat and we had him in due to injury for a few months which he's recovered from. So he's back to being BamBam.
Your marketing efforts are excellent.

Definitely a good purchase
I used the new harness on one of the cats yesterday and she seemed to like it. The old harness was just a series of straps that was difficult to put on and she really did not like it. She would sometimes roll around on the ground trying to get out of it and would occasionally get one of the straps caught in her mouth. This one is easy to put on and stays in place, and the padding makes it comfortable to wear. Definitely a good purchase.

I ordered a harness for my cat, but it was too big. Customer service was wonderful. They had no issues offering me a replacement for free. I did it so easily and painlessly. I have to say that the service is great. The product is also wonderful.

EZ and quick exchange
The harness I purchased did not suit my cat. Pawras offered a store credit with no need to return the harnesses- just a suggestion to donate them. Replacing these with a more suitable option was EZ. Customer service was quick and pleasant.

100% Successful
Easy purchase and delivery experience. The cat doesn't fight this harness and it is extremely easy to place the cat in it. During 10 years, I tried three other harnesses and all were unsuccessful with my cat. He hated them, were not escape proof and I always ended up bit in the process. The harness from Pawras is 100% successful to get him into it with easy and comfort.

Found out I had ordered the wrong size. Emailed customer support and they immediately took care of it and only charged me shipping. The quality is obvious when compared to the counterfeit one I mistakenly ordered previously.
