This company went above and beyond because I originally wasn’t happy about the material in the first sweatshirt and they made the sweatshirt again and mailed me a new one!!!. I will definitely be supporting this wonderful company, excellent customer service and products!!

I bought this for my 80-year-old dad, who is always cold and absolutely loves his dog. The needlepoint dog design is beautiful, classy, and very well done. The sweater is warm, comfortable, and made a perfect gift for any dog lover.

Perfection
I sent in a picture of my beloved Sophie to see if it could be recreated. I was sent a picture back and they allowed me to tweak the picture a tad. Once they emailed me the final picture I was absolutely blown away! My Sophie passed away in April 2026 and I was looking for something to capture her look. Once I received the sweatshirt I quickly opened it up and so amazed at the embroidered piece of perfection. The sweatshirt is great quality. I’m completely impressed with the quality and how accurate the custom order looks! Definitely recommend placing an order! This experience was 10/10! 🩷

I'm very disappointed
I'm very disappointed. Shirt doesn't have fleece lining as I would expect in a sweatshirt, but will live with that. The big problem and complaint is that they put a wrong name on the sleeve. I never heard of Bodhi (is that even a word). My dog's name was Lara, and that's what I asked for. Can't use the shirt and want to return it, but don't know how.

The embroidery was perfect and the hoodie was high quality considering the price. A misplaced photo resulted in my buying the hoodie instead of the crewneck sweatshirt by mistake, but customer service was understanding and helpful. Would buy again!
