Straight forward service. Fees charged upfront. Like a lot of people when it comes to Revenue and Taxes I couldn't be arsed. As the old saying says better in your pocket than theirs ( Revenue ) Will be using this service again.

AVOID. Takes them 30 days to finish statement of liability. They take a minimum of 20% off it.
They post you a cheque instead of sending it normally. You can do it yourself.
Edit: it turned out i already filed for a statement of liability beforehand unbeknownst and this was still put into their account. Ive seen in other reviews tax rebate companies sending the full amount back in those circumstances.....

I’ll edit mine. Our fee is on our page, we processed your application and you were paid within the 30days oh and also, you applied and agreed to our terms.
Other companies charge to issue rebates, they aren’t charity’s they have staff to pay like ours, last but no least , you sent 4 emails to staff member in 15 mins - we have thousands of clients to deal with.
In future perhaps contact us directly , we don’t charge the standard €250 like competitors in extra admin if you read their fine prints.
I’m sorry now but every tax rebate company is the same, we have one of the fastest turnarounds in Ireland and others take up to three months.
All our terms are on our website and you agreed to them while applying. Perhaps if you needed help to do it yourself you could’ve sent us and email and we would’ve talked you through it. However leaving 1 star reviews for doing our job that is explained I. Our front page and like every other company is a little upsetting but we will plough on wining awards for our service three years in a row because we go above and beyond for our clients. Thanks 🙏

The problem with using this company is that they get assigned to your revenue account as your tax agent and their bank account is used. So if you get a tax rebate, the rebate goes to them and they take 20%. This is all perfectly ok but if you do the next tax return yourself, without their assistance and get a tax rebate, they will still get the refund and take 20% unless you remove them as your tax agent. They effectively get 20% for doing nothing.

We have set out our fees on our main page and on the terms and conditions you agreed to.
You can remove our agent link at any time, in order to process a tax application the bank details must be confirmed not once but twice.
We also autoprocess each year. If you filed a form 12 you would’ve seen the bank details and confirmed ours.
We processed C surname clients also. Our fees are clear and in the event of cancellation we have also on our terms and conditions that bank details must be reverted back. We receive only a Pps number so when you say there is no work involved, we must pay staff in order to find your paperwork, process, reconcile, admin and issue. We are a business at the end of the day with bills and overheads like others.
