Title: Funds not returned (0.23 BTC) – No response from support
I am experiencing a serious issue with Payeer regarding the withdrawal of my funds.
My account contained approximately 0.23 BTC. After completing all requested verification procedures and providing the required documents, I was informed by Payeer support that my funds would be transferred to my cold wallet within 14 working days.
However, despite waiting beyond the stated timeframe, I have not received my funds. My last communication with support was on January 27, 2026, and since then I have received no response.
Additionally, I am experiencing issues accessing Payeer domains, which raises serious concerns about the reliability and stability of the service.
This situation is крайне alarming, as it involves a significant amount of cryptocurrency and a complete lack of communication from the company.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further by submitting complaints to financial regulators and continuing to publish reports on public platforms.
I strongly urge Payeer to respond and resolve this matter immediately.
