The experience was great. I sent their sales rep a picture of the rug design I liked from a local showroom. I liked the colors but wanted something with higher quality. Within a few minutes, he sent me back 6 different designs (which I liked even better containing the same color pallet) and I found our perfect rug! Everything from ordering to receiving the rug was seamless, I highly recommend. Great company.

I just bought a rug and a rug mat. Both were perfect. They arrived in 3 days. The rug is absolutely beautiful. It was easy to order and the pricing was the best I was able to find.

EXCELLENT COMPANY. At first I was suspicious. I found a rug I had been looking for everywhere, on their website, at a significantly lower price. And they don't charge for shipping. It sounded too good to be true. I called and placed the order directly with a representative (wanted to get a feel that they were legit). In fact (another piece of the story:) when I first saw that amazingly discounted price it was Black Friday. At the time I decided to place the order the rug was still substantially cheaper than other places but not at the Black Friday level. When I asked, they honored that Black Friday promotional price!!!). I have to share this experience because I have recently placed several orders with known brands such as Pottery Barn and Rove Concepts and have had awful experiences with back-ordered items that were sold as in-stock, or snafus with production times, etc., and Payless Rugs delivered my AMAZING rug not even a week after I placed the order! It was the most amazing value, for a top-notch rug (Jaipur Living), delivered at the speed of light!!! Oh, and they had problems charging my card and a REAL PERSON called me to fix that and assure me of the delivery of the rug. I am very impressed with them!
