Pay packet are great

Pay packet are great. What a difference since we moved to them. I never have to get on to them. Everything is done. Cant fault them

Every time I had a question or concern

Every time I had a question or concern, whether by email or phone, I was lucky enough to speak with Kerry W. She was absolutely lovely and always willing to help. She assisted me with everything I needed and made the whole experience much easier.

I have always had propmt responses to amy queries I have had. On one ocassion when I was confused about how it worked with process payment, I got a call back and the personnel painstakenly went through the process with me.
