Exemplary service from Anna who always has time to help with any aspect of pay. Such a support over the years and shows empathy every time I call. I have used paypacket since I had to employ PAs to help with the care of my mum and nothing is ever a bother for them. Best wage provider in the uk as far as I’m concerned. Highly recommended. The Paypacket portal is simple and easy…
The Paypacket portal is simple and easy to use. Each month I can clearly see my wages, how much goes on tax and NI, how much goes into my pension plus unlike other companies I've used in the past I can see how many holiday hours I have available. This is a great feature rather than spending days chasing someone down to tell me.
Also really easy to contact the team via email or phone with any queries.
