This software is absolutely terrible, but not as bad as the customer service
This software is absolutely terrible. It's supposed to make your life easier and automatically sync, and for months and months it didn't. As a result, we then contacted customer service with detailed logs of what was going on. They refused the claims, they blamed us, and eventually they came back and admitted it was their fault. But this was only after we'd wasted many months, many hours, and had to do manually all of the things that they were supposed to be doing automatically and been paid for, all the while fighting them to get them to accept their own issues.
For many months, we've wasted so much time on this, and the level of service from this company is absolutely third world, which is thoroughly unsurprising given where they are based. I would do anything to avoid using this company, so much so that we'd had enough and built our own system because of how bad they were.
