Silverbills and, in particular, Ronni Leo, offers professional, on-time bill paying services. They have been an invaluable resource while I was caring for my elderly parents. I would highly recommend Silverbills and Ronni Leo.

Throughout her entire life, my mom was a meticulous bookkeeper — she kept our family’s accounts and she kept the accounts for my dad’s business. Always on paper — Mom didn’t trust online payment systems, even when we explained how they were more secure than paper bills sent by mail — but meticulously, and always on time. That said, when we discovered that my mom was in the early stages of cognitive decline, I never expected her ability to pay her bills to be one of the first capabilities she would lose. But after a month of missed payments, I knew that we needed help. Ronni and the team at Paytrust couldn’t have been easier to work with. They saved me hours of time getting her bills transferred over for easy online payment. The Paytrust system through which I approved payments was simple. And it would be impossible for me to assign a value to the amount of stress they took off my shoulders, knowing that Mom’s bills were taken care of. When a parent goes through cognitive decline, there are so many details — emotional and practical — that demand attention. Paytrust made sure that bill paying didn’t have to be among them.

The personal experience! Our financial manager always makes herself available and goes above and beyond to make the process as efficient and expedient as possible. She also does a wonderful job of flagging possible discrepancies and we feel very secure in the knowledge that she is overseeing our bills and ensuring excellent management over them. We are very grateful for having found and enlisted Paytrust services as it has made a huge difference in the quality of our lives.

Generally speaking, she's on top of things with respect to payments, balances etc. My one criticism is that I wish she was more responsive (more quickly) to emails - and not just at the end of the day.
