I'm a big fan of smaller businesses in a world of corporates. However the experience I had returning a CPU to this company was absolutely shambolic.

Terrible communication, 5 emails unanswered, days between their "Live Chat" would be responded to and I had absolutely zero confidence in their return process.

If you ever need to return something, good luck to you.

Gave upgrades due to delays, good customer service, great pc!

Ordered a CPU off the website, delivered with no problems, item as expected. Great customer service, Joseph rang up me up a couple of weeks after my purchase to make sure everything was OK, cant fault that.

Contacted PC Laboratory for some advice in purchasing a PC for my daughters for 3D modelling.

Joseph dealt with me from start to finish and could not have been anymore informative,helpful and genuine.

When on setting up such a complicated PC he was at the end of the phone helping me step by step.

Support and aftercare first class.

Fantastic service from the start. Have to admit, I was skeptical at first until my delivery arrived. Joseph was great at communicating the tracking information and delivery dates. Package was on time and was well protected inside. We did have a slight issue with a cable coming loose during transit (these things happen) but Joseph called me and walked me through how to plug it back in.
My son absolutely loves his gaming PC, it really made his Christmas special. I would 100% recommend :)

Picked it up thursday and joseph had the pc set up on the desk just to show basic settings and the specs which was nice to see. I got home and set everything up and it ran smoothly then played a few games and all was mint. Cheers guys for a good pc. Definitely recommended👍🏼

I was in the market for a gaming PC, after looking around I stumbled upon these guys with great prices and great PCs. I dropped Joseph a message who could not of been more helpful in helping me find the PC that I wanted. They gave me a great deal and built the PC for me within an afternoon, this allowed me to go to their unit/office to collect the item that same afternoon! The PC is fantastic, and the price was great to! I could not recommend these guys enough! I am not surprised that these guys are so busy!

I purchased an AMD Ryzen 5700x3d and it was delivered quickly and packaged securely. The price was very competitive and customer service excellent.

Very deceptive practice slow and led me on for days during Black Friday then when it passed tried making me pay full price no discount even thought I asked multiple times whether there would be a discount given or not

What an awesome experience from start to finish, customer service was fantastic and Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and guided us on the Spec, even opened a joint WhatsApp to discuss options and even delivered Sunday evening since we couldn't wait .. Machine is first class and don't get me started on the cable management exceptional true show case PC ... Definitely would recommend these guys

Great customer service. Was contacted to confirm the order and then every step through the deliver of the PC. Started up no problem, just need to wait until Christmas when my son plays his games to see how it performs.

Very good experience. Went to pick up the PC and saw everything working and was quickly shown the specs.

On returning home I found when I turned the PC on it didn’t properly turn on and was stuck in a booting loop. I contacted Joseph who video called me and walked me through getting it back up and running within a few minutes. Problem was a RAM stick had come loose in transit when I was on the way home!

Firstly thank-you Joseph for putting together all the hard works on building the PC swiftly even during Black Friday period, while answering all sorts of questions and custom request being raised.

Joseph is probably the most responsible lad you can even find. Responded promptly, answer any questions and even went to deal with delivery issues (RoyalMail's fault) on a Saturday night to make sure rearranging a collection on Sunday. He even gave me a free upgrade for the RAM and motherboard and PC is amazing.

Would definitely recommend anyone, no matter your first or last pc build, get to this guy Joseph and he will promise you a fine experience on your PC order.

I order a PC from here and I didn't look back I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a PC! Mine runs smooth and I've never had an issue with it.

Cant give high enough props to Joseph. Honestly a top lad. I ran into some issues at the start with my first build, i got from Joseph. We both had no idea what the issue was. So at first he drove all the way from Manchester to preston to just change the battery and see if that did the trick, he also sent me a display port out of his own pocket and didn't ask for a penny! In the end he just switched my graphics card and we are all good now no issues. I honestly cant thank him enough for being there when i needed him for advice or just any tips. I cant recommend him enough! He made my first pc shopping experience smooth and easy. Also he put my doubts at ease from the very beginning with his great communication and reinsurance. Great personality too, easy to talk to in person :). Thanks again Joe 👊🏾

Bought 2 pcs from Joseph, always kept me updated on what was going on, even delivered them for me and gave me a better cpu than what was ordered. Both pcs are running perfectly and smoothly, would definitely recommend.

Bought a gaming PC at a really good price and a really good spec pc for the price I paid
Joe was so knowledgeable , helpful and such a genuine nice person the gaming PC has run amazing and has always been extremely fast I’ve had to contact him once regarding asking for a new password to access windows 11 and got a response through WhatsApp within 1 minute
I would definitely recommend and buy any future PC’s from Joe
