Brilliant from start to finish. Quick response via email regarding my laptop screen. Advised to do online booking which was very easy to navigate. Clear communication all the way through via text on appointment date with a reminder. Brilliant people who who work in the shop who had my laptop fixed within 3 hours. Again making me aware of everything I needed to know. Would highly recommend

This was the best service i have ever had... Filled online request .i got the ipad Generation WRONG but it didn't matter, they spotted was 9 not 10 and they had the parts in. Dropped off lunchtime ready by teatime.... Kept shop open for me b bcoz traffic was bad

Brought my phone in to be repaired. They ran diagnostics. They replaced the front screen and back glass. It was a great service and I would highly recommend them.

Had an issue with a laptop black screen, the problem was diagnosed, parts ordered and repaired within a couple of days. Very professional, courteous and friendly as they always are. Pricing is very competitive and they always go that extra mile to ensure things are as good as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Went in a few days ago looking for an HDMI cable, the only one in store was too short for my TV, the guy went into the back and found one for me and gave it for free. Lovely customer service and super nice gesture, would recommend!

Recently discussed a replacement Windows 11 desktop. After discussing my usage Paul recommended a bespoke build, He took the trouble to identify all the necessary parts and build the machine. I’ve used the Co. before for repairs and had no issues.
Will not go anywhere else in York for mobile/computer related repairs etc.and highly recommend them.

A very good booking in system, arrived on the day specified, all repairs completed on time and as priced. Third time I have used their services, always completed and priced fairly. I would not have my two laptops maintained any where else. More importantly, a report is generate on battery longjevity and general health of the PC. Very satisfied

Wanted to get the data from an old laptop put into my current one, we had hoped cloning the data would be the way forward but this wasn’t successful so an alternative route had to be used, we had a couple of issues initially with a couple of programs which were very quickly resolved by PC Revamp Team.
They were all very helpful and knowledgeable and undertook the work very quickly.
I’ve used them in the past for phones and would not hesitate to go to them again in the future.
