I'll be going back...
I got a good impression when I visited for the first time. The building seemed old on the inside, but with a lot of character. The front desk staff was very friendly. My therapist was easy going, attentive, and asked a lot of good questions. She was patient. And her office was well equipped, including tissue for the tears. Seems like a really good practice. I'll be going back.

Booking was fast. We were able to learn more about each therapist and pick our own. Both of the therapist that saw my twins were amazing. Each fit the child’s personality. I feel we finally found a good place to help them and I’m hopeful for the future. Samantha was so bubbly and kind. And Martina was a very good listener and seemed to be very supportive.

We were not happy with our therapist
We were not happy with our therapist, Scott. Besides cutting our extremely expensive session short, he showed an unusual interest in my and my husband's sex life. We both thought this was strange, so I asked a therapist friend whether or not the number and depth of his questions were protocol and she assured me they were not. We will not be returning.

3 stars is not a reflection of the…
3 stars is not a reflection of the company, or my therapist! I am just getting into therapy for the first time, and I am nervous because I always here people talking about shopping around for therapists to find the right fit. I don't have a lot of money to be shopping around, but I really want to fix my issues. I guess I am just curious as a whole if this company has ways to review therapists, before hand... or I guess other testimonials, finding the right fit is weirdly the most daunting part of this for me.

While our building is an older property, we strive to provide a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for every client who walks through our doors. We understand that payment policies can also feel challenging, and we aim to be transparent about fees and payments at the time services are scheduled to avoid confusion later.
We do require payment at the time of service, which helps us keep appointments available and maintain consistency in care. However, we’re always happy to discuss questions about billing or insurance prior to scheduling so clients can make informed decisions.
