Tech provided the requested service to remove unwanted applications in record time. Tech is very respectful and kept us informed about what he was doing and the time that it would take fix our problems. Yes, the only problem I had was understanding the agent, although the volume was fine. Both agents were overall very helpful, but it seemed to take twice as long to get things done because of the difference in dialect. Thanks for the service. Pc Support Office!!
