Couldn’t ask for better service.
PCTecs have been fantastic from the moment I ordered my Ryzen 7700. I had regular delivery updates, fitting advice, and guidance on getting the best performance out of the CPU. They even threw in some helpful motherboard recommendations.
Very highly recommended — when I need my next CPU, I know exactly where I’ll be buying it. And the price was the best i could find

I bought a Ryzen 7 5700x from PC Tec. They are tray CPUs meaning that they don't have an included cooler or retail packaging. Neither were an issue for me and the saving was £30-£40 over the next cheapest option, so well worth it. PC Tec offer a 1 year warranty and whilst I haven't had to use it, based on the other positive feedback I'm confident it would be honoured.

Safwaan acknowledged my order within 4 minutes of placing it, and despite being past the stated cutoff time for delivery on the website, posted it that same day less than 30 minutes later. I received the CPU the next day, very well packaged, and installed with no issues. It's been running flawlessly since then.

Safwaan also included thermal paste and sent detailed instructions on upgrading from my old CPU, which included a few issues that I ran into.

This type of attentive service is something that big businesses just can't compete with.

Amazing service, amazing prices! Ordered a 7800X3D for a new build, and had it within 2 days despite ordering around New Year's. These are OEM chips so you are getting the exact same CPUs as an "off the shelf" retailer but at a lower price and without the stock cooler which most builders won't be using anyway, so the value and waste reduction is great. The inclusion of some thermal paste and a spatula/spreader from PC Tec themselves is a nice touch. I would highly recommend using PC Tec and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Chip runs great as expected of the 7800X3D and have been stress testing and benchmarking for about a week.

Great communication right from the start to finish. The processor was safely packaged and arrived in tip top condition. After fitting , my 1st ever processor upgrade I might add, after a startup change and the pc rebooting several times, it started and the processor is recognised ,in cpuz as its supposed to be, I ran time spy and the scores were good and the stress test was good too. Happy customer.

Absolute joy to buy from! From first purchase through to delivery. They are on it with communication, help and pre delivery advice for the CPU.

Their pre delivery info on installing the CPU is thorough and I do believe if I had to contact them (I didn't, got it install no problem), they would have easily helped me.

They beat delivery time on my thermal paste coming from a bigger company.

Not one to leave reviews usually but I feel Safwaan @ PC Tec definitely deserves one.

Purchased a CPU at 13:52 and at 13:57 I received a personalised message via Whatsapp including pictures of the item, installation instructions and to let me know it would be dispatched the same day, 3 hours later I then received another message letting me know it had been dispatched with another image of it at the post office along with tracking details and a voice note.

Then of course the next day I receive the CPU well packaged, install it and it has been faultless since.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, excellent service from start to finish, thank you.
