PDC Cargo has proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.They scheduled two separate appointments, yet failed to fulfill either properly. Both instances were marked by incomplete service and a lack of clear communication. Due to the persistent ambiguity and poor handling of my requests, I have decided to cancel all dealings with them.

Poor service I haven't even received my bag yet more than 10 weeks passed and there freaking service is 💩 I contacted them they don't even see msg and when they do they leave on seen or just send dry msg my they keep say tell sender to contact and when sender contact they tell next week it will come next week literally it's a total scam fraud and headache I did a mistake to choose this company whoever is reading this if u see this review it mean I haven't got my parcel if I get it I will delte my review

Garbage customer service
Unable to keep old customer, have no respect, I came across with Mr Shahzad in London office for the collection of my disabled friend's bag which needs refund ,he is very unprofessional, ill-mannered person. He has very threatening attitude and bullying behaviour. He blames for smuggling once they ask for refund. He promised refund but he is a conned man. They are robbers. I wish they should be dragged in court for their discrimination behaviour.
Don't use this service any more . They filthy utterly disgusting and disappointment. Even I don't want to give 1 star.

Have been using PDC Cargo for a few years now. Never had any issues or problem.
This time mistake was from our end and one of our luggage reached us later then expected.
Lesson learnt and follow instructions going forward as PDC Cargo is a company I would recommend and would like to use for sending my cargo.
Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused.I spoke to customer service and he was so polite and this made it easier to communicate.

Its been almost 2 month and still didn't receive my parcel bad service 😒 don't Recommend

I am very disappointed by their service . This was very first time I send cargo to Pakistan and I am disguised by the service they have provided to me . They have charged me £85 because in my 24 kg parcel there were few toiletries and chocolates !! I didn’t mind paying them what they asked but after 4 months when family received the cargo , half of the stuffs were missing and lock of the bag was broken too when it received. Which clearly shows they have stolen half of the items . I have proof of what I send and what the family received!
Will never recommend to and will never ever use this service again !!

I have used other company in the past but had worst experience. They tempered with luggage and stole lots of stuff including shoes. I then saw an advert on telly and since then used PDC. I have not had one thing removed from my stuff. It has reached destination on timely fashion. I hope they did air as I trust the company.l have used this company over and over and have no issues.
I would say WELL DONE as I am a satisfied customer so far.l would recommend PDC .

They will steal all expensive suff. Try and send two similar items, they will keep the expensive one and send cheap one. Looters, they also make up reviews. Do not trust!
Pakistan customs don't bother, try sending through other mail companies you will be fine.
Other companies are doing Air-cargo, don’t get trapped!

Terrible company. I sent shampoo in air cargo which are not flammable. A lady booked delivery and she never mentioned what to put inside but I was already careful not to put any inflammable items. A man called me from the Airport around 08:30pm and started to insult me for sending Shampoos. In a very rude abusive way, he said I am throwing your stuff in the bin. I said bring it back don't tak my parcel if it prohibited. He said you will pay £1000 fine speak to your Wakeel(Lawyer), all in Urdu. He hanged up the phone without even allowing me to talk. Extremely abusive and rude asian male staff! DONOT use their service! I wonder how they managed to take my parcel to airport just within hrs of collection from my home. They should scan items before they pick up. I was frightened as if I have done something wrong. Pathetic service!
Just two weeks ago I sent 2 kg parcel through Royal Mail which contains 6 lipstick, lip-pencils and nail paints, Face masks for my sisters and family. All delivered in 5 days. Perfectly good condition. PDC Charged for a sac £4 where as lady said if u pack boxs it is free. You really need to tell you Men to respect women as this is UK not Pakistan where they can abuse people and threaten them to go the Lawyer!! handling charges include packing! £7 per kg and worst service. Fast Cargo is cheap and best service. They took my iron board for £15 to Pakistan. They don’t charge for bags. Never look back to PDC!

Air Cargo
£6 per kg (15 kg min.) - (No Handling charges) -
Our driver will pack in large sack/bag (charge £4) weight & seal in your home
Just keep your stuff ready in bin bags small boxes or suitcases in front room -
Send anything except perfumes, body spray, electric items and take off the price tags
Sending Parcels to Pakistan which consist personal belongings only, no commercial quantity is allowed

None of my items are prohibited. If my items were prohibited you could leave them and send the rest.

There are many companies out there who quoted me £4.5kg (It’s not only PDC in the UK who provides this service) but PDC said they can collect next day so I booked on Wednesday, waiting all day Thursday nobody came in to collect. Friday morning 09:00am the driver called for collection. No time slot was given in advance!

You can’t run a business by threatening customers! It does not work here in UK!
Sending random stuff to the family is smuggling!!!!
Why dont u mention Short bread, hand gloves, hair clips, headbands and earnings were there too (one each). We like Tony and guy shampoo and it is not available in Pak so I am sending it to my family. We are free to send these items if quantity was an issue you could just simply not send it. You can’t throw my stuff away. Now your parcel is still here as you said leaving Wednesday. I would like it back. I don’t want to send it.
