This did not work well

This did not work well. I my CYMK pdf was missing colours and it somehow changed the resolution on the images. It was unusable.

Hi Andrea, thank you for letting us know, and we are very sorry that it did not worked out. A print that comes back unusable is not what you paid for.

We looked into your conversions from October 17. You mention your PDF was already CMYK. Our RGB to CMYK conversion tool is built for files that are still in RGB: when a file is already CMYK, it gets converted a second time, which shifts the colours.

On top of that, the conversion used our default European print profile, while a North American printer usually expects GRACoL or SWOP. not sure if this is the better choice for you...?
We’re also looking into why the image quality changed.
