Amazing service!

I ordered three sweatshirts and received an email that one was out of stock. I was given three choices - a full refund, order another item or keep credit with additional $15 for my troubles - brilliant!! Very responsive via email and refund received quickly. I’ll definitely be buying from Peace Collective again!!

Order Never Showed. No Communication. No Refund.

I placed an order on July 19th for a gift for my husband. By August 16, almost a month later, it still had no arrived, nor was any tracking information updated. I emailed on the 16th asking for an update and received a response a few days later that I would be upgraded to priority shipping. Now on August 29, I still have not received my order or any tracking information. There have been no updates in communication from the company. I am incredibly disappointed and will never be ordering again. I am looking for a full refund of my order if I am ever able to get ahold of anyone from the company.

Great customer service. On demand is a little annoying just because it can take longer than the 2 weeks to create and send out.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I placed my order weeks and weeks ago. No sign of the product. This is a GRIFT.

All attempts for refund of the money paid have been met with form letter excuses, a veiled threat that multiple complaints will knock you down the customer service cue!

The philanthropic excuse is RICH. someone is making bank on not delivering on their business promises.

Great Clothing, long waits to receive and poor communication

Ordered 2 items over a month ago, I received one after waiting 3 weeks (not sure where they ship from, but I live 2 hours from their locations).

The shirt I did receive is great, graphics are clear and crisp and the material is mid weight, very good quality. Based on that shirt, I’d planned to order more.

I can understand with made to order products that they will not be quick, but a month seems long, I’ve sent 2 emails asking for updates on whether or not it’s been made or ready to ship. No reply in a week.

Edit* I received my sweater 1 month and 10 days after ordering. Peace Collective offered me a discount to make up for the wait. I’ve not received and am not going to chase them for it. I messaged to let them know I received and was happy with the quality that was 6 days ago.

DONT BUY/ EXTREME TIME DELAY IN SHIPPING

I placed my order with Peace Studios on June 15th, and as of today, July 19th, I still haven’t received it. The delays have been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of clear communication has only made things worse. I’ve had to follow up multiple times just to get vague or delayed responses, and there’s been no sense of urgency or accountability on their end.

I was genuinely excited to support this business, but this experience has been extremely disappointing. Over a month with no product and no real answers is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Peace Studios based on my experience.

I ordered a t-shirt in May this year…

I ordered a t-shirt in May this year and you can guess; no product received yet and it’s July 19, 2025.
Also no updates, nothing.

Please dont keep selling products when you have no idea what you are doing is my pray of the day.

Ordered a number of items which all had…

Ordered a number of items which all had an expected delivery date of 7-10 business days.

It's now been 4 weeks and the order has still not shipped, with multiple emails telling me 1 more week, 1 more week.

Disappointed in the fact that the only recourse was a 20% discount coupon when the site offers a public one of 15%

Will not order from here again.

Fast service

They were prompt to answer my email and they figured out the issue I had, only downfall was they packed my package so fast they unfortunately couldn’t correct my sizing mix up. Not really a bad thing lol

It takes forever to receive your order

It takes forever to receive your order, they are starting to get snarky in their responses as well. My order was supposed to ship this week, so I asked for an update and they gave me the ‘as per our email…”, good product, just takes way too long to receive. There’s no way it takes 30 days to embroider a sweatshirt.

Ordered a product May 1st, was persuaded by customer service to keep my product in production and they would offer a discount due to delay. Still haven’t received product because of a “shortage” issue and now there’s no timeline of when product will be finished. Horrible experience.

Quick response time when I emailed them about an order I made. They were helpful and they followed up on my questions when I had to change an order from delivery to pickup.

Made an order 3 months ago and still…

Made an order 3 months ago and still haven’t received it. They stated they had an issue with production but still allowed people to buy their merch, honestly such a shame they don’t operate as Godly as one would hope. I don’t think I’ll even get my order.
