Great pergola with exceptional service. We started the conversation of ordering a custom size for our patio many months ago with Peaceful Patios. The communication was second to none from the first conversation until completion. Noah has been great to work with, always kept us up to speed on the process of our order. As some folks have stated, the build instructions are sometimes vague. Overall my family and I were able to build this high quality pergola and could not be happier with the outcome. Very solid, well designed and beautiful pergola that fit our patio perfectly. We can't wait to enjoy this for many summers to come.

My Peaceful Patios experience has been excellent. I ordered a large custom size, two electronic shades, and lights, and the Peaceful Patios team worked closely with me during the order phase to ensure I had everything correct. The pergola was delivered on schedule, and my son and I did the installation ourselves. There were a few issues that came up during the installation, but Chris and his team were very responsive and provided very detailed guidance. I am very pleased with the very high quality of the pergola. The materials are all top quality, and the manufacturing process was very precise. Everything fit together very nicely. I am happy to hear that the installation instructions are being updated, as they were not at the same high quality level as the product - and they were pretty confusing to use. But the Peaceful Patios team was very responsive to the questions we had, and they provided very clear guidance. We are very happy with the finished product.

We ordered and installed a manual louvered aluminum pergola. The ordering and shipping process was easy and timely. Assembly was a lot easier than imagined! Very intuitive design and the parts fit together nicely. We were sent a very accurate plan to layout and pour concrete footings before the pergola arrived which made the installation quick.
