I had the very good fortune to meet someone on a flight who suggested Pear Digital to us. We were in need of a new shopping site for our old site selling goods from Japan. Pear Digital undertook the large job of converting 100s of pages to the Shopify platform and created a clean and crisp new design for us. Sales increased immediately and Pear Digital were unfailingly prompt and professional in their dealings with us, explaining every step in detail. We were and still are very grateful for their professional services and continue to rely on them going forward.

I worked with Pear Digital to transfer my ecommerce site from WooCommerce on to Shopify at the beginning of the year. They organised it all brilliantly with great communication. The transfer was very smooth and the uptake in traffic and sales on the site since it was moved over has been phenomenal. I have also engaged their team to overhaul my Google Ads with great effect, and set up my email flows with a new Klaviyo account. They have continued to write and send out 4 emails a month for me. I receive regular reports about how the advertising and email marketing is going and they are always happy to tweak settings and discuss reasons for and against making changes. We worked with Pear Digital to migrate our Woocommerce site to Shopify. The goal was to make a mobile-first site that incorporated product filters, bundles, reviews, a loyalty programme, fast checkout, video, and interactive sliders. We had around 30 SKUs, 16k orders, over 40 blog posts, over 10,000 customers. The team at Pear was very helpful in guiding us along the way and making the transition smooth, with minimal bumps in the migration. Where there were any discrepancies in the migration, the team was fast to resolve them. We found app recommendations useful and time-saving. We would have benefitted from having a more robust understanding of the level of work required by our team beyond the migration and basic product page set-up (the aesthetic design element, page flow, and navigation), which is what makes the difference between an average site and one that is beautiful to use. The project took around 5 months from start to launch. Pear is responsive and the video chats and tutorials along the way were very helpful. Our experience with Pear was positive and we have a dynamic, beautiful website that is user-friendly and no longer suffers from constant Woocommerce crashes.

I’ve not got a single bad word to say about these experts. Initially, they helped me move my website from Wordpress to Shopify, migrating everything and even helping with technical issues that I had. A digital agency recommanded them to us for executing an Website update so we thought all will be ok . But since day 1, it was strange. We made regular video calls but she always said her camera is broken.. AND we finally never see each other in the eyes.
The design & development process were ectic (we did pause the feedback for 1 month) but to finish the project sudenly everything changed and the lady started to be rude and ended by shooting at me because i did ask what is wrong with the service and her attitude.
