A Vetting Process That Actually Means Something

I've used other offshore hiring platforms before and always ended up doing my own heavy screening on top of theirs. Pearl was different. The candidates they sent had already gone through behavioral interviews, role simulations, and cultural fit assessments - so by the time I met them, I was choosing between strong options rather than filtering out weak ones. They also work in my time zone, which eliminated the collaboration issues I'd dealt with previously. The replacement guarantee gave me extra confidence, though I haven't needed it.

Pearl’s talent pool is very well trained

Pearl’s talent pool is actually trained, not just screened. They run a 5-week AI program where candidates learn how to use tools in a practical way, building workflows, automating parts of their work, and getting more done with less.

You can feel the difference. People come in more independent and think a bit more like owners instead of just waiting for instructions.

They also don’t disappear after the hire. There’s ongoing support like training, check-ins, and onboarding plans, so people keep improving instead of plateauing.

Overall it just makes hires more useful over time, not just someone to fill a role.

Great EA hire

Really happy with the EA we hired through Pearl. They came in organized, proactive, and already comfortable using AI tools to make coordination efficient. Within a short time, they helped us stay on top of client comms across time zones and took a lot off my plate as a founder. The hiring process was also straightforward and fast, which we really appreciated.

Rockstar hires

I'll be honest, I didn't have high expectations going in. We'd tried other offshore hiring platforms and the experience was frustrating enough that I almost didn't bother with Pearl. But a founder I trusted vouched for them, so we gave it a shot. The candidates we met in our first round were genuinely impressive, people with real professional pedigree I wouldn't have expected to find through a staffing firm. Three hires later, the quality has been consistent every time and I don't think about going to anyone else. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rockstar hire!

Incredible talent pool and hassle-free process

Pearl helped us hire an offshore operations teammate from the Philippines that was genuinely exceptional. She was outperforming US/Canada-based teammates in the same or similar roles (while costing the business a fraction of what our North American teammates cost); we actually promoted her to manage a team of other operations associates. We had tried hiring staff from the Philippines on our own previously, but had never been able to find and land talent this strong. The overall process was also faster and less time-intensive from our side than our in-house offshore hiring efforts.

Three people in three months…

We three people in three months from Pearl Talent for our marketing agency and have had an amazing experience. We've worked with staffing agencies before but Pearl blew us away with the quality of candidates - we were able to make our choice within a week - as well as how hands on their success team is even to this day (6 months after our first placement).
