Easy to book and prepared with all our needs. Even when I messed up the booking time, they really tried to make it work and i really appreciate the effort. Great customer service. Made our group trek to and from the airport effortless!
My delayed flight meant I needed a 3am pickup for my ride home.

We used Pearson Airport Limousine & Taxi Service on our recent trip to Toronto. Using them to collect us from airport down to Niagara, then into Toronto City and finally back to the airport.
On all 3 occasions driver was prompt, friendly and vehicle immaculate. Highly recommend this company.

Booked our transfer from airport to the hotel 8 weeks before flying from UK. Was advised that they monitor flights in case of flight time changes etc. Our flight was delayed 45 mins take-off, therefore late arrival. Pearson Taxi were contacted as advised when we cleared customs & bagage reclaim - NO RESPONSE. Tried again & same result. WhatsApped them only to be told our booking was for 20:30 (correct) & the driver waited an hour. They hadn't checked the flights as promised, they didn't provide the service as booked & then they didn't have any taxi to take us to our hotel. We subsequently got a better taxi company outside the airport who charged us $9 less than we were quoted by Pearson Taxi.
