Being a partner of PECB since 2013, I consider it as one of the best training providers on earth due to the richness of their courseware, great customer service and exam experience in addition to annual conferences led by world SMEs.

Support helpful but.. will go for a competitor next time

Support helpful but... Course supports are not top quality. Company forces you to install unsigned .EXE file on your computer, thus creating a major risk on your I.T. ; for having exams on a security theme... The pricing range is very high, with unexpected renewal fees. Wants to control your ID card but offers no guarantee on how securely are handled the informations submitted. People for examination are english speaking, even for an exam in french. Frankly, I will sign with a competitor next time.

PECB has a highly competent and supportive staff, committed to helping their customers and always ready to go an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction with poise. No matter the issues I have, I am always free to contact them and I always find them ready to help and make my life easier. They are definitely the best to work with!
