Excellent service

Even though delivery of my bike was delayed, Adrian kept me up to date with its progress. Must emphasize that the delay was out of the company's control.
Would highly recommend Adrian and his company for their professionalism and communication throughout.
The bike has since been delivered and is everything I could wish for.

A very good seller

A very good seller. We had a couple of problems with the product but they dealt with this promptly and satisfactory.
Would definitely use these people again.

New e-bike - excellent follow-up service

I bought a new e-bike from Pedal & Ride. Right from my first enquiry they were very responsive and helpful. Even with the added time for my Cycle-to-work scheme paperwork to be done, I had my bike 5 days after my initial enquiry.

Buying online makes me a little nervous - there is no shop to go to when you need help or things need to be changed. I needn't have worried. There were a few issues (EU charger plug supplied, a loose controller) which were acted on quickly and resolved. Adrian kept me up to date with progress all along, even at weekends.

Altogether a great service - thanks!
