Communication is something to be desired …. In my opinion the company should be in contact with the buyer with regard to dispatch of the cycle , having rung the number on several occasions and leaving messages and getting no response , we had to email them as to the whereabouts of the cycle ! Scam came to my mind ! But having emailed they did reply and have to say I am happy with the cycle but not happy with their correspondence.

Pedalgo kept me in touch with my ebike order, which was slightly delayed. It arrived with manufacturing/packing damage, not Pedalgo's fault, or the delivery agents. Pedalgo took ownership of the problem immediately and arranged for a replacement component to be sent. My Engwe P275SE is now assembled and up and running. I'm very impressed with the build quality and especially how smoothly the power assistance kicks in on demand - my 71-year-old knees can enjoy cycling again! Excellent service and great value for money.

I’ve owned an e-bike from this company and had no issues with getting the product… when I did come across an issue, it was dealt with promptly and communication was always good.

I don’t know much about e-bikes but the guy I spoke to answered all of my questions and provided useful answers, I felt like he actually wanted to help me rather than just trying to sell me something that might not be right. He went out of his way to find the right bike for me, it was a good price, arrived quickly and has been absolutely perfect. Really pleased with the bike and even more so with the service. Highly recommend!

Having thought about buying an e bike for a long time due to cost, I searched the internet to find a reputable supplier. Being sceptical, I contacted Pedalgp who advised me of the bike most suited to my needs. Delivery has been excellent and advised that occasionally due to demand it can take a little longer on my chosen bike, however my bike was delivered very quickly and I am so happy with my purchase. 5 stars for customer service. Couldn’t recommend more.

I’m not one to usually leave reviews however my experience with PedalGo made me feel I should. I have wanted an electric bike for quite some time but with no idea which would be best for me. I used the chat feature to ask questions on what would be best for me with my requirements and got fantastic advice from the PedalGo team and ordered the ENGWE EP-2 Boost Folding bike. It arrived exactly when the team said it would and I even received follow ups from the team to make sure I was happy with the bike I had bought.

Would definitely recommend PedalGo to anyone looking for an electric bike.

I wanted two E bikes, sorted the models out i wanted, then went looking for a supplier. Phone the company to make sure they had stock. At first did not answer but rang me back within a minute, went away and rang me back in less than 10 minutes to confirm the bikes were in stock, but also told me how to register on the site to get an additional £15.00 off. Ordered and delivered within 4 working days. Excellent service and communication.
