I ordered an item that was 'in stock'
I ordered an item that was 'in stock'. Apparently, 'in stock' means in their China warehouse (they literally said this!). It took 2 months to arrive, but unfortunately, the USPS (after attempting delivery once and leaving a slip) returned it to China. The company told me it was my fault for giving the wrong address (I didn't, obviously since they tried delivery once), then they tried to fault me for not being home (?) and finally told me I shouldn't order if I don't agree with their shipping practices. This was supposed to be a returnable item for full refund. They gave me $60 back on a $100 purchase and said 'times are tough'. They are no longer communicating with me. So instead of taking it up with USPS, they are charging me for their trouble.I went to the post officee 4x to attempt pick up but it was clear the item had been lost. I told them this. But they wanted their $20 restocking fee so bad that they just ignored it. 4x I tried to retrieve the article. It very very clearly is the fault of the postal service. How you would come to the conclusion that I did something wrong here says a lot about your ethics. Whatever you do find another company to order from .

According to USPS tracking number CP438429855CN, there was a delivery attempt on June 23 and June 24, but on both occasions there was no one home to receive it. Therefore, a redelivery notice was left in which it contained instructions to collect the package or reschedule delivery.
The redelivery notice (Form 3849) is left for a customer when a mailpiece is undeliverable, which means that a letter carrier attempted to deliver an item or items to you where:
- The shipping address was insufficient or incorrect;
- The location was not accessible;
- There was no one home to receive it;
- The item(s) did not fit in the mail receptacle;
- The item(s) could not be left in a secure location;
- You fail to either schedule a redelivery or pick up the item(s) at your local Post Office.
The notice left to you provided information on the type of mailpiece that was attempted by the carrier, why the mailpiece was not left, and which delivery options are available. It provided you with options and information you needed to either request a redelivery or pick up their mailpiece at the Post Office.
However, you either failed to arrange a redelivery or collect the package within the due date. Under the circumstances, the item returned to us and a restocking and redelivery fee applies as we're not responsible or liable for any orders that fail to deliver because of the aforementioned reasons. Our Return Policy is fair and reasonable, in line with most online stores and in accordance with US Consumer Protection Law. To further check this, please refer to our website:

Live in the US? You pay for returns to Australia $$$
They say they have a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" policy. Be aware that if you choose to return your item, you have to pay to return it to AUSTRALIA. I ordered a small lamp and it was cheaply made and didn't represent the quality shown in the images online. When I went to return it, it would have been nearly $30 to return — half the price of the lamp. They never emailed me back when I emailed them to say that they should make consumers aware of this on their website. It's not worth the purchase if you think you might need to return it.

I ordered the ChordBuddy Guitar…
I ordered the ChordBuddy Guitar Learning System, which the ChordBuddy site says includes several color-coded songbooks. I received a cheap Chinese counterfeit of the ChordBuddy, and no songbooks. I contacted Peekwise twice, and did not receive a response. An attempt to receive a refund through my credit card provider is pending.

Don’t trust this site
Don’t trust this site. They changed currency mid transaction, and when I emailed to cancel almost immediately after, they refused to cancel it, even though their policy on the website says you have an hour. Got the item, and it was sent directly from China. I bought a specific brand advertised and instead received something with zero branding. Horrible site, very untrustworthy!

Fanning away on my woodburner! From the day I ordered to the day I received my item it took a long time. Too bad you didn't have them in stock stateside, they had to travel from across the Pacific ocean. Stay well stay safe wear your mask social distance, and by the way get your vaccination.

Horrible product
Horrible product. Ski skstes broke within 10 mins of use. This company refuses to allow refunds or returns unless yhe product is defective . . . And then when the product is defective, unsafe, and apparently illegally sold according to a patented company, this company refuses to respond ti requests for refunds.
