Peer Accountants in Birmingham filed my tax return swiftly and filed an appeal against my late filing penalties. They took their time to look into my personal circumstances, gathered all the required evidence and then filed the appeal to HMRC. I am happy that HMRC has cancelled £1,230 penalties. They are the best personal tax accountant.

I'm not going to sugar coat things I say it how it is and you may not like it.
Looking at the reviews peer seem like a really good company petty they haven't been that good to me.
Ismail u did not want to hear my feedback Verbally therefore I'm leaving a review because I know u want everyone to review u 5 stars. Pushing someone to give u a good review is not how it's supposed to be done. U need to let them review on their experience Remember that.
I submitted my accounts with this company last year this guy did not help me at all. I had to do everything myself. you do wonder what you're paying for. This was my first time submitting so I needed that help and guidance but instead I had to ask help from friends. This is why I was not going to submit my accounts again with this company. This company kept sending these messages to submit my account then I received a message from one of his staff stating if I don't submit my accounts by Nov with him, they will charge me £50. I asked him what's the charge for ??? he couldn't explain and said to contact Ismail.
I text Ismail to call me when he's free as he's never free. He called me back nearly a week later. I'm shocked one of his Reviews say he had so much time for his customers maybe certain customers, obviously I'm not one of them. After speaking to Ismail, it confirmed how unprofessional and rude this man is. He was not apologetic in calling me back nearly a week later and again he had a screaming baby in the background (There's nothing new there. I've spoken to him a handful of times and every time I've spoken to him there is a screaming baby in the background therefore his attention on the baby and not on your query) when I spoke to him about the extra charges he said Well if u don't like our service take it elsewhere and slammed the phone down. I understand if u have too much on your plate but putting the phone down on a customer wow.
Ismail u need to speak to women with a bit more respect. I might be a small customer but it's the small customer that keep business going. Just to make it clear I would have never put my accounts through u this year as I didn't feel you were any good last year and I told u this when u was pressuring me in giving you a good review.
You book me an appointment at 8pm in the evening to register telling me that's the only time u had available. I mean who books a registration in the evening in an empty building. (Word of advice don't book a registration with a woman alone in the evening as it does not look professional and its uncomfortable for the women). And don't approach women coming out from the gym it's creepy I only used your company because u said you were starting off and I always believe u should support small business.

*****People just remember if someone's review are all good does not make him a good accountant or a good company. I've experienced that first hand. I look at his reviews but the experience I received does not reflect his reviews at all.*******

Can I just say it very unprofessional u disclosing my personal details on a review.
I have NEVER called u for support after changing accountants. I am very happy with my new accountant they are brilliant and very efficient.
Let me remind u why i rang u. It was because i requested an Sa302 after I submitted my accounts months ago. This was still not emailed to me weeks after i left. I contacted HMRC they said to contact u. But u still didnt want to send me the document until i said i have spoken to HMRC and they advised to contact u.
I had to email u what a SA302 was as u kept sending various other documents that were not even mine. (Unprofessional) How do u not know what SA302 is?????
