I have had the pleasure of working with Vicky from Pegasus Health for many years now. She is a delight to deal with, and nothing is too much trouble. Vicky is friendly, bubbly, a font of knowledge and goes above and beyond to find the right policy for your business, negotiating great deals and taking into account everything that is required.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Vicky to any business, as I know she will always give of her best and will work closely with you to secure the best solution for your company.

These people are not to be trusted. Personally I don't think they are equal they wasn't interested in me as im a woman! Secondly they are unethical and unprofessional. They ruined my life be careful. I'd recommend the 24 hour mental health support team who have been my life saver and support though a very challenging time. These people are rude. They are not trustworthy. I've just read the reply that's totally incorrect. I was having counselling with yourselves for a very short time. So of course everything I'm saying is correct. Your company ruined my life. And you have no compassion or emotional empathy.

I recently had the pleasure of using Pegasus Health, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I first interacted with Vicky, everything was smooth and seamless. Nothing is too much trouble and anything that does require attention is sorted in a timely fashion and without question.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the incredible customer service. Vicky is responsive, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Her understanding of the health benefits market is exceptional and things are explained in layman's terms.
