Just phoned re finance for a static told better to be a homeowner and could my daughter in law apply for Fianance as we rent from her before he even took my details would not reccomend at all

We are extremely sorry your enquiry made you feel this way, and it is unacceptable. The current state of the UK finance industry means that our funding options for static caravans are extremely restricted. I feel that this message was not communicated correctly to you.

Excellent credit and still got rubbish offer..
I have an excellent credit rating and lots of disposable income. So, I thought now would be a good time to look at getting the campervan we always wanted. I applied for £40,000.
I got a call from someone telling me that the pandemic is affecting the terms being offered and the most he could get for me was £15,000.
This is just ridiculous! No idea what crappy providers they are using but I went straight to another place and got £35,000 with no problems.
Not a great broker at all.

We are very sorry we were unable to help with your purchase on this occasion. As you mentioned, the COVID pandemic is causing huge issues within the UK finance sector. We are still able to help thousands of customers every month, however, some lenders are rather nervous, and therefore, very strict on their lending criteria. Through no fault of our own, a limited number of customers have been restricted on the size of advance, this could be for a multitude of reasons.

Easy and convenient
The whole process was easy and smooth. From the second of application to payout, the process took about a week and went very smoothly. Karen was a joy to deal with and always friendly and helpful. would certainly reccomend.
