Truly Awful Customer Support

Reported an issue with my screen today on my bike + where I am in a class and suddenly the class starts buffering and drops, then tries to reconnect, but when it finally recconects, its not at the same point, it goes ahead of time. This is so frustrating, I lose momentum, as the music switches off, whilst this interuption takes place. Peleton support are absolutely useless, as per 88% of 1 star reviews! I tried to send diagnostics and the customer support guy never received anything. He tried to send me an email, so I could send a video of the issue, but I received no email. He then blamed it on my end, saying that there was an issue with one of the worlds biggest email providers, Microsoft. Come on Peleton support, take some responsibility, this issue is at your end. Also, why push an update for dark mode to the screen and give no option to change it to light mode. I am shocked by this useless company now, who started off great in 2021, when I first got the bike.

Truly awful after sales service.

After 6 months the screen on our bike continually started to freeze and lay up. Peletons after sales service is truly dire !!!! They won't respond to emails, their call centre is poor and the Help Chat facility is a joke. Really wish now we'd bought another brand of exercise bike, but we wrongly thought we'd go with the biggest brand. That truly was a mistake on our part.

I really like my bike, when it works

I really like my bike. And I don't mind paying the subscription. But I do .ind that it only works half the time. Its really tough to carve some time out of my day to exercise. When I have achieved it, the bike won't connect. Or does and then stops. Or it's slow to load. Or it won't boot. In short I love it when it works, but half the time it doesn't.

Unbelievably poor post sales service

I bought the bike online for £2185. Lost the power cable in unpacking it. Have been trying for 4 days to buy a new cable. Almost impossible! What is their problem? I want to give them even more money but they would rather I had a £2000 white elephant instead! I am not going to start paying them a monthly fee until I can plug the thin in am I!

Bought a bike 2nd hand looks sleek and stylish .person paid £1350 he had it a year then sold to me £700 very happy with price .but unfortunately you can't use any features unless you pay the monthly exstoionate fees £39 per month all I wanted bike for was the scenic bike rides as not into classes .so it's now a expensive paperweight and needs to go .rip off comes to mind .now had they done a package where you can download bike scens I would have be happy even if I had to pay say £5 to £10 pm .scammers never again just hope I can get my money back

I bought one of their exercise bikes…

I bought one of their exercise bikes last year, online it seemed like they were a solid option. But I have so much regret on this purchase.

The cleats are unusable and I've sold mine already. You'll break your leg trying to get in and out of the pedals, it's insanely difficult and hurts my knees.

The seat is designed by a sadist. I had to buy a cusion to go on top, I am overweight, and this seat is not friendly to people like me at all. My first attempt using it resulted in my legs going numb and me not being able to sit comfortably afterwards for days.

The subscription model is ridiculous. I don't want any of that stuff, I just want a bike that tracks my workouts, and has a few programs I can use. But without a subscription the bike is near useless. It doesn't remember anything, there are no uphill/downhill type programs, you only have the "Just Ride" option, and when you turn it off it remembers nothing. There were bikes in the 90s that were better than this, how have things gotten so much worse? If you want your bike to be usable at all, you have to pay 40 GBP every month, and if you stop, the bike stops being usable.

I feel like I could have gotten a considerably better bike for less money, and regret not doing more research before I purchased. Now I'm stuck with this awful thing.
