Terrible company/business, cheap tacky clothing. Over priced. Sent from china. Items have been sent out separately. Been waiting around 3 weeks still no sign of it.

Customer service are very bad. Not helpful in the slightest.

Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Very smart marketing on the website as it looks very professional and classy but it’s the total opposite.

What an awful company! Overpriced, cheap, poor quality, infuriating customer service, waste of money and time. I could go on.
So annoyed I didn't read the reviews first - the website looked so genuine.

They sent the wrong item and when I asked for a refund they offered to give me a 10% refund. I refused and they agreed to ship a replacement item. They then sent the wrong item AGAIN!! I complained and asked for a refund and this time offered to give me 30% or they will ship the item again. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!! I’m still trying to get my refund and I will never order from them again. It’s cheap crap from Asia with a UK shop front.

Avoid this company at all costs – it’s a complete scam! I purchased an item that never arrived, and when I contacted the seller, they insisted I deal with the courier myself. After multiple conversations with the courier, I was told the item was left in a corridor, but I never received it. When I informed the seller, they continued to push the blame on the courier, refusing to take any responsibility. After being sent back and forth between the seller and the courier, I’ve given up. The seller now even claims they aren’t the actual seller! No refund, no support, and no accountability. Total waste of time and money – do not trust this company!

Sent incorrect items, didn’t provide a purchase receipt, don’t have the return address for returns . Items very poor quality heavily marked up from alibaba

Con artists. Sent the wrong product, refused to arrange for correct product to be sent. Sent me a form to fill in for a refund and asked for wrong item to be returned. Didn't provide a return address. I sent it to the address on the package only to be told that this was the wrong return address and that I hadn't followed the terms and conditions. Return process not shared with me until after I had sent the parcel to the "wrong" address. Refused to send me refund. Wish I had looked up the company on here before purchasing. Do not waste your money!

I ordered an item 27th June. They tried to deliver it twice, both to a wrong address. Finally 12th Sep I’ve received a refund. Thankfully they gave me a refund, for which I will give a star for plus the customer service person was always quite polite. I’m gutted because the item looked so nice!

Terrible! Asked for a refund only recieved two of the goods not three payment had already gone from my bank the third item has still not arrived and the will not give me returns address and made me print out a label to photo and send back! I’ve now reported as fraud through my bank account! Do NOT use!

I have recently ordered from this company. The swimwear came within 2 weeks and was nice but not worth the money they charge but I am happy with the quality. I ordered two sizes to see which one fit better and wanted to return the other. I was concerned when I couldn’t find a return page on their website but emailed the email address they give for returns. I had read reviews on here and was very worried that they werent going to give me my money back so when I emailed them to return my item I mentioned my consumer rights to return the item and they replied quickly emailing me a form to complete to return the item. They asked if I wanted to keep the item and a part refund but it was alot of money so I said I wanted to return and get the full refund. I completed the form and they then sent me the return address with a free postage label to use. I took the package to the post office using their label and asked for a proof of postage which I took a picture of and emailed to them to let them know I had posted it. They then said my money would be returned via the payment method I used to pay within 3 working days. 3 days passed and I hadnt received my money so I emailed them and within 24 hours they had paid my refund into my PayPal account. Yes it was a long return process but the customer service was very friendly and I eventually got my money back with no major issues. I think if you give them nowhere to go with your consumer rights and proof of postage there are no issues.

I had to contact them to return the two swimsuits as they were not great quality at all and too small, first of all it's difficult to return items, they make it difficult, there was no paperwork inside the parcel to return them. They don't even inform you of a return address, it's on the parcels if you do order from them. They've received the swimsuits I returned but have not issued my refund, I've emailed twice but they just send a generic response, I've had the same email twice.
I am now going to contact my bank as they are hoping I can't be bothered to fight to get my money back.
Avoid this company like the plague! Poor quality for a high price and a lot of hassle to try to get your money back, I certainly won't order anything from them again, lesson learnt

After reading the comments, I have since found my purchase from Pelie which I was charged £40.99 for on Ali express for £7.85!! Robbing b******s!

Near impossible to return items. Items was shipped form China and they took 4 weeks to arrive was no where near the size I ordered. Customer service was really poor. I should have read the reviews before I bought.

Terrible returns process, still waiting for a return address. They are a joke of a company, had to print out pdf to fill in with unnecessary details, then scan and email back. Their response was to not send an address for refund. Wasting my time. Pathetic

Scammers, items not posted, no refund, the one that delivered was a made in china, poor quality!!!! Never again!

If only I had read the reviews. I am so annoyed at myself as I am usually a very savvy shopper online! But I let me guard down and placed an order with this company. They arrived and the swimsuits were cheap and nasty and cut poorly… so I returned them… I returned them to them to the RETURN ADDRESS that was listed on the outer packaging…. I sent it tracked and recorded to this address so I have proof it was delivered. They are claiming I have not returned it to the the correct address even though it was listed as the return address on their packaging. I have not had my refund. This company is acting unlawfully! I will be instructing solicitors to look into this company with immediate effect

Absolute scam - never sent the item I bought.

I returned the items as quality was not to standard and size was smaller than expected. they refused to refund because we put all three items in the same package together with the return labels. This is a con company stay away

one star is one too many, not only they look nothing like the website but also have the worst quality, not to talk about the customer service, shocking!! after more than 10 emails they still haven't managed to tell me how to return the goods and get my money back...they also try to give me a 20% off and offer to keep the products, non thanks I wouldn't want them even if they were free...the worst experience

Pictures are not matching real item what you'll receive. Their return process is lengthy. They keep sending misleading return instructions. After returning item they won't update you about progress. I have returned items as instructed and they never refunded me. Now they're asking for proof of postage which I don't have as I processed return 2 months ago. Trading Standards should deal with this "Company"
