Fab product, fast delivery, would have been 5 stars but slight lack of communication on last delivery ment we went expecting them when they came.

Ordered the large pallet of kiln-dried oak logs—checkout was easy and delivery was fast. The logs are all great quality and a consistent size, making them simple to stack and they burn brilliantly. Excellent value as well; the big pallet should see us through the whole winter. Highly recommended.

Reasonably satisfied
Reasonably satisfied. Although the pallet was broken resulting in us hand balling the bags of the lorry. Also one bag was damaged which was reported to the driver. emailed the company but had no reply.
