Very prompt service when quoting for the new heating and AC system. Installation was timely and professional. However, when things start to wrong the follow-up work to troubleshoot and repair becomes problematical at best. It took most of the winter, without heating, to get it fixed as they “no longer do heating” and passed the buck on getting it repaired to the manufacturer who in turn told me to “go to the yellow pages”. Nice.
And now the AC system, just in time for summer, has failed. Many calls have been placed with promises to call back but alas radio silence.
I would not recommend them based on their after sales “care”.

This is the second Air-conditioning system I have had installed by Colin and his team at Peninsula.. they’ve done an absolutely fantastic job both times. I always go by word-of-mouth and I was recommended to Colin by a close friend who had his Air-conditioning done by Peninsular. From start to finish they’re just fantastic and. The workmanship was outstanding. I’ve recommended to myself to close friends who views them as well great work.
