Have ordered many times before with no problems. Ordered a set on the 9th March, still no order received or a refund. Stupidly paid by bank transfer so no chance of getting my money back.

Hello, and thanks for stopping by here at Penny and Hound, where we specialize in handmade Dog Collars UK, Dog Leads, Dog Harness and Accessories. We have been up and running for the last 4 years due to you continued custom and support, something that I am forever grateful for. I started off the business as Sparkles Dog treats back in 2014, originally doing customized dog bowls, walking bags, toys etc. Unfortunately, this just didn't take off. However - every cloud has a silver lining. I did a doggy stall in Staffordshire, and whilst it wasn't as successful as i'd hoped, I did manage to purchase a sewing machine. That's where things took off. I originally self taught dog bandanas, then onto Dog Collars. From there, i just learnt and learnt, dedicated all of my time to other products, and here I am today doing Dog Leads, Harnesses and Dog Accessories like Bow Ties and Flower attachments. I absolutely love what i do, and the name derives from my own Dog, Penny, as she is a beagle...hence the "HOUND"...... I put hours of effort into every order to ensure your expectations are met 100%. I use a range of fabrics and buckle types and I constantly look to new ideas to guarantee customer satisfaction. Orders do usually take 2-3 weeks unless specified in the clearance section, but this is only down to the fact I make to order. Every order that comes through is hand made from scratch, and I pride myself on the work that I do. Some may say its a bit "OTT", but I'm a perfectionist and like to ensure all Dog Collars, Dog Leads and Harnesses etc are the best they can be, prior to dispatch. I ordered a teddy bear pattern for my boy . The picture of the collar and bow was what I expected, unfortunately the collar and bow I received was different from the picture. I would have appreciated to be told before I paid that it could possibly be different as I wouldn’t have purchased. I also waited 3-4 weeks which wouldn’t have bothered me had the one I ordered came 🙁

Returning customer to pennyandhound and I wouldn't buy my dogs collars from anywhere else. Strong sturdy harnesses, collars and leads that make me and my Akita cross feel confident on walks. Always a great selection of designs to choose from and the customer service is all so amazing. You won't get quality like from anywhere else.

I love my order
I love my order, 2 Peter Rabbit collars in peach. One Martingale medium (a real medium!) and a small with metal clip and small harness with metal clips. You were so helpful by making a customised sized harness for my little one. Such amazing quality, I would not think twice about placing another order or recommending to anybody.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase for our Jack Russell Terrior Harvey. Overall 5 stars from us for Penny and Hound for quality handmade products we received in lovely packaging.

First time buying from Penny and Hounds
I bought 2 collars and 2 leads from the new Peter Rabbit range. While they did take a few weeks to arrive, due to each being carefully handmade, they were definitely worth the wait! It’s my first time purchasing from Penny and Hounds, and I was very impressed with the quality of both collars and leads, and my 2 dogs look lovely in them! Will definitely be buying from here again in the future!
