I spoke to a lady called beth today she explained everything so i understood

Millie was very very helpful, on email & on the phone very polite and helpful with the questions being asked, then at the end Barbara took over for finalising off my pension and once again very helpful, can’t fault the people who were involved , thanks again to all that were involved.

So far so good ! Relatively new to signing up, but I have received exceptional service from Natalie - Thank you :)

Spoke to becky critchlow today who was absolutely amazing so helpful and helped me from start to finish an absolute breath of fresh air to actually talk to some one pleasant thank you so much becky 😀

I sent a email to pension app regarding some questions i couldn't fill in & i had a lovely chap by the name of James who happily helped me through these questions, he was clear understanding, polite & patient.
I was happy & relaxed while talking to him.

Well James at pension app was amazing listened, understood my situation, a few details asked by him, and what can I say ,he found my details and secs not even minutes passed, I had a all my details and then he gave me all the details I need to move forward. Perfect service from a Perfect gentleman. 10 out ot 10

James was very polite and professional on the call. He kept me updated on where we were with the search for policies, and helped me understand what was happening next and what to expect. Great service 10/10 James!

He was very professional, polite and patient. I have had strokes in the past and my memory isnt very good, but James reassured me and gave me all the time I needed. He was veru thorough and understanding.
