From the start of the process the advisors have all been very helpful and efficient -calls have been received when expected and Paul has ensured his advice reflects my long term and short term goals. I would recommend to friends & family

Excellent and very thorough calls.
Although I understand the need to be very clear on the legislative requirements, I found that after reading the documents provided, there was a lot of "scripted" repetition which could have been avoided or reduced, maybe with a questionnaire? Staff however acknowledged this and apologized, but said it was a legal requirement.

From our records, the initial appointment was rescheduled as you advised you weren’t in a position to proceed at the time, and we were unable to progress matters further without the required information.

Only just started my journey wit Pensionhelpdirect, but so far they have been courteous polite and professional. I have not received any significant advise as yet, so am unable to comment on the quality of what I am really trying to achieve
