Great comms. Good advice, made transferring my pension easy, hopefully will see a better return for my money.

I could say so much about my experience but will stick to the facts.
I wanted to review one of my pensions to release some capital. I was struggling after speaking to several pension advisors due to certain restrictions, this was due to the type of pension policy.
I managed to find Pension Pulse and after going through my policy details and where others could not help me, Pension Pulse could.
I was very pleased with the first call from them which gave me full confidence for them to act on my behalf.

Excellent service. I had a pension where things were just not as productive. I was very confused as to what I should be investing in. I've received regular updates via email and phone and feel comfortable to be able to contact them at anytime with and questions that may arise.

My husband and I recently decided to undertake a proper review of our pensions now we have got into our 50's. The team were able to efficiently and comprehensively do the heavy work in that review and give us options on how to make our pensions work harder to meet our long term objectives. Very efficient, supportive and helpful - the team have been communicative, and helped with everything smoothly.

I don't often give five-star reviews, but my experience with Pension Pulse has been overwhelmingly positive.

The staff have helped to consolidate my disparate pension pots into a single policy in advance of my upcoming retirement. This has included a protracted struggle to extricate the funds from the original pension company, which took a number of weeks to successfully resolve.

They have also advised on the best ways to manage the pension pot in the future and the pros and cons of the various ways in which I might access the money. I have nothing but praise for the help and advice that has been given.
