Great service from People’s Captain. There was an issue which was beyond their control with the delivery and they quickly put it right and went the extra mile. The beers were a gift and I’m reliably informed they were great. I’ll definitely use them again and treat myself this time! Cheers 🍻

Great customer service from the People's Captain. Slight issue with my order (Royal Mail at fault) and the People's Captain dispatched my order again in time for my husband's birthday. Efficient and effective communications via emails on a Friday afternoon and over the weekend. Great service and product, brewing positivity and promoting positive, personalised service. What's not to like!? Thank you.

Really attentive customer service. I bought one of their gift boxes for Father's Day and had it sent straight to my dad. I subsequently had some concerns about whether DPD had delivered the parcel as they were supposed to have done. Jerry at PC was really helpful, checking that everything was as it should be. Everything was fine and dad liked the goods - which is the main thing, really!

Don't use them. I placed my order, received an order conformation and I got charged. However, I never received my order, nor a response back to my refund request.

I got the mixed starter pack and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice each beer was! They all have a real nice depth of flavour. My favourites are Stereotype and Islander as they both have a nice fruity taste.
I'm not a big drinker so probably won't subscribe, but will definitely be getting a case in for the summer BBQs.

Gift set received really quickly. Great value.
My brother in law loved it for his birthday. (The salt chicken fries are very good!)

Peoples Captain have just released a new milk stout in a gift box along with some Tony Chocolonley choc and some Mayni Peruvian coffee, now I do enjoy Tony Chocolonley chocolate and I’m sure that the coffee is fab too however the absolute star of the box for me is the Latte Latte Love milk stout, it is absolutely gorgeous, it does exactly what it says on the bottle and gives coffee, chocolate, cacao, vanilla and blue berry flavours that all combine into a taste sensation, I for one cannot wait for this to become available to buy by the case

Very helpful and friendly customer service.

The quality of the beer is superb, it’s very tasty and hugely varied from lager, to stout to pale ale.
Some of the cans I ordered had gone past their best before date when they arrive but I let PC know and they replaced them without any hassle.
