Got my interrupted service back online in less than 24hrs.
I requested to add the domain, Mr. Selvyn has helped me to active the domain in short period. I really thankfull to mr. selvyn.
Worst customer service, they're just trying to grab the money and then just going AWOL for no reason at all. Better to get it from someone trustworthy.

Their customer service is terrible, their service, in general, is terrible, and our issues never get resolved. We have continuously gotten the same complaint from customers that they do not receive their important emails from our company. STAY AWAY FROM PEPIPOST/NETCORE!

PEPI had to change their name. Gee wonder why, could it be the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE? They will dang sure take your money though. I paid for a year in March and here in May they refuse to refund. Been working on an issue for OVER A YEAR, they still can't get it right. No telling how many customers I lost due to not being able to get my emails out to them. I would not use PEPI and BEWARE THEY CHANGED THEIR NAME TO NETCORE.

One of the dumbest and worst services I have seen in my life, I used SendGrid for two years but due to problems with sending we had to leave, someone advised me to work with this service, maybe it is the solution, but after we asked to be accepted, they rejected us and it turned out that they They were wrong, we had Verify the .net domain which is redirect to our real domain .com because we saw several people on TrustPilot saying Pepipost is scam. But they started asking us to add our original domain, but we refused for security reasons, and we spoke with a person working in pepipost called Adil, and the reason we asked to leave this service was because this man , he thought we were stupid and I spent an hour explaining to him and he did not understand and what It made us more aware that this service does not have any phone number. We hope that they explain this without stupidity. If the rating was less than one star I would give it to you .

At first they were very nice ..once u start paying .. they dont care... i have been struggling with mail deliverablity .. and had several chats with the supoort team every time i get the same answer we are working on issue and you will be informed overail i had personall sent several mail which they have not bothered to reply. Now even there chat does not have option to reply . They say how can i help but i cannot reply .. i have screen shots and mails to prove this cos this sounds strange.. but this is hie they treat customer

I reluctantly wrote in the chat box hoping for a bot to write back. To my shock, a customer care assistant wrote back instantly, guided and helped me complete the custom envelop set up in less than 5 minutes!!
NEVER BEEN SO IMPRESSED BY AN ONLINE SERVICE.
1 star less for the not so clear instructions during set up.

I tried to create a new user and when I came in to signup, I am seeing that the form is changing my password on the fly and keeps failing. I've also tried to reset my password via email.
I contacted the chat support and they go 'your email is probably in our system from before....what!!!! (never used you) and you need to send us an email first so that we can delete the account and recreate'. Ok, isn't that what 'forgot password' is for?
If your sign up is broken, I don't even want to try the rest of your product.

Very poor service.
They do not understand English
They do not give a dam to what you ask and they'll charge you extra at the end of the month.
I even requested to delete my account but they didn't and charge my account next month.
