Worst Brand to shop furniture from
I bought an office chair 2 months Ago , whose shockers are damaged and not working properly . On filing the complaint first they said it would be replaced 100% but later they are not agreeing to replace the product. On talking to the customer support they are now saying that the replacement is not applicable and neither they are providing any support for repair. Worst decesion to shop any kind of furniture the support agents are so rude and aren’t ready to listen anything or any kind of complaint
These people just keep the customers in dark and promise everything fake just to grab the customer
This company is a trap . Please do not buy anything from them to save your money
It’s better to switch to local vendors atleast they listen to complaint and resolve it unlike this fake brand

Worst brand amongst all other furniture…

Worst brand amongst all other furniture brands. Lack of customer support, pathetic delivery agents, utter stupid carpenters. This was the first and last order with you ***, for simple asking for a return on something that's incorrect to bring told there is no policy as such. Shopping with y'all has been nothing but hell and i can guarantee you my business with you guys is permanently done. So screw y'all.

No way to track your products

No way to track your products. They have a button on the site that says, "Track your product" but it just gives you order information. You keep getting SMS that your product is getting delayed but you can't actually track where it is or why it is getting delayed. and the customer service is good for just apologizing. I don't want to blame customer service for this. Whoever is running the show has to be held accountable

I am utterly disappointed

I am utterly disappointed with Pepperfry.com and their horrendous customer service. After spending a fortune on a mattress, it started sagging within a year. When I tried to return it, they flat out refused to honor the return policy. leaving me stuck with a lumpy, uncomfortable bed. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. They clearly prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Shop elsewhere. They don't deserve a single penny of your hard-earned money.

pepperfry - worst website ever

I ordered a product from pepperfry firt time , but their services are worst, customer care is un supportive, their courier service e-kart is one of the worst courier in India. customer care doesn't provide any solution and i had a very bad experience with product I ordered, didn't received it yet even after 8 days.

Bad product and service as well. Found big crack on wood with in one month. Don’t go with pepperfry, even local carpeters are more competent that them
Recently I purchased jhula (swing bench) from Pepperfry, Neeladri Road, E City, Bangalore. While purchasing, surprised to see that we need to put our login credential on their device for making payments. This is too riskly.
Anyways, my point is different.
1. With in one month, found big crack at Jhula bench. When approached them, they refused replacement saying no warranty on this product.
2. Accessories for fitment of Jhula were not matching with Jhula. Pepperfry refused to do installation as it was self-assemble category. I had to call carpenter and do it my doing few carpentry work
3. Few products at pepperfry are not under threir own brand. They have tie-up with few local substandard brand and unfortunately my product fall into tie-up local brand. In such case, you are gone. I don’t know what criteria they follow to select such third party?

I recently made a purchase through the Pepperfry app, hoping to find the perfect product. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing. Within an hour of placing the order, I realized it wasn't what I wanted and attempted to cancel it promptly. To my dismay, I discovered that cancellation incurred a 2.5% deduction, which seemed unreasonable given the short timeframe.

My interaction with the customer care representative, Deepti, was equally disheartening. Deepti appeared unprofessional and showed little interest in resolving my issue. Her lack of concern only exacerbated my frustration, leaving me feeling unheard and dissatisfied with the service provided.

Ultimately, my attempt to cancel the order turned into a regrettable waste of money. The inflexibility of their cancellation policy, combined with poor customer service, left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. As a customer, I expected better support and flexibility, especially in situations where an order is canceled promptly. This experience has certainly diminished my confidence in using the Pepperfry app for future purchases.

I have been complaining about theinbelievably inferior quality of the sofa since last 11 months Numerous phone calls from them only promising immediate replacement We husband and wife both have severe back pain on using the sofa I have lost any hope now I wonder if I should seek other avenues like consumer court now as this company should not be allowed to trade like this any morPlease do not use this company

SCAMMED BY PEPPERFRY

I have brought 3 fancy lights hanging from PEPPERFRY and they have delivered only 2. When asked they say they have proofs that 3 were packed. So frustrating. Have sent many mails along with pictures and videos of the unboxing the package and had plenty of conversations with the team. Apart from a sad annoying "SORRY" they have nothing else to say or do. Never thought a well-established company to have such bad service. Keep up the good work. Soon you'll lose the market.
