I completely agree with the other review, i orderdd the suit, it was supposed to be delivered start february. Finally around easter i resieved my suit, after me writing lot’s of emails and getting nice but vague replies back.

The suit however was unstable, i couldn’t tirn off some electrodes, it shut down duing workout and one part simply did not work. I sent it back for repair, and after more than a month of either silence or “it takes time for our techichans” they concluded that the box needed an upgrade (an upgrade that was released while the suit was at “repair”), but that there was no failt in the suit - so i got it back. With the same faults!!!!!

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

I placed a pre-order and have now experienced multiple delivery delays. The estimated shipping date has already been pushed back twice, and each time I only received vague explanations and new promises to wait longer.

The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency and communication. Instead of providing clear updates and realistic timelines, customers are simply asked to be patient while the delivery date keeps moving further away.

I understand that delays can happen, but repeatedly postponing orders and keeping customers waiting for months is not acceptable. If the company knows there will be significant delays, it should communicate honestly and proactively rather than continuously changing the expected dispatch date.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service

Die EMS Anzüge sind super, sehr angenehm zu tragen und sitzen gut. Einzig der Akku ist Schrott, entlädt sich selbständig in wenigen Stunden. Auch ohne am Anzug angeschlossen zu sein. Dauerladen ist notwendig, um den Anzug stets einsatzbereit zu haben. Sehr ärgerlich.
