Love this company! Had a problem with some product, reached out to customer service on 4/13 and shipment is expected on 4/18, they made it right! Quality products, outstanding customer service and fast shipping. I just can't say enough!

This is my second time placing an order. Each transaction has been a smooth process. Customer Service is the BEST!!!! Response time is outstanding.

The stuff actually works which is the main thing. Pricing is on the higher side but if you catch a coupon it's not bad. Ordering could be a lot simpler though, took me a minute to figure it all out.

I made a first order on several products during Black Friday but had to divert the shipping address to a friend's house which took quite a few weeks before I finally received it. Turns out one of the products I ordered was missing, so I emailed them for resolution on the matter.

That's when they said that they do not cater to ANY issues once the "7-day" warranty period has lapsed which starts from the point of delivery. In that regard, they refuse to issue me a refund, a replacement, a credit, or even provide proof of shipping since my 7-day period has already lapsed.

So I ended up paying for something I didn't receive. That is quite upsetting, especially since the prices of their products are no joke! I hope that doesn't happen to you.

Ordered desired product, got regular email updates. Once received product, noticed it was the wrong milligram, emailed customer service. Customer service was very responsive and the same day received updates of them sending replacements the same day to be delivered within 3 days and providing a store credit for the mix up.

Peptide Pro is my go-to for my peptide journey! Their products are great, pricing is fair, and always keep an eye out for their great sales!! I’ve been on the BPC157/TB500 for quite a bit healing a knee injury and the results are outstanding. I also use their RTA GLP and have seen fast, AMAZING results! The thing that really makes Peptide Pro Stand out is their outstanding customer service. I ran into a payment issue and Casey was so quick to email me back and acted immediately to resolve the issue. I really appreciate his help and promptness. Peptide pro is super well rounded. I never want or need to look anywhere else!

I placed my order with 2-days before my flight back to Japan where I’m studying and chose the 2-day shipping option. As soon as I clicked “pay” I emailed Peptide Pro customer support to explain the situation and request they do me a 1-time favor and ship it that day. I knew this wasn’t their responsibility but they responded almost instantly and promised they would look into my request. To my surprise, I received a shipping confirmation a little while later and the package arrived just over 24-hours later - more than enough time to complete packing and make my flight! These guys are awesome and went above and beyond my expectations. As for the peptides, the purity is incredibly high and I’m confident my research will yield some incredible results. 10/10 would recommend!

I have NEVER been on the site before tried to create an account and was LOCKED OUT OF THE SITE. Imagine making an order with these people, then being locked out entirely having no way to contact them or communicate. What legitimate company does that?

Today, 3 days after placing an order, I realized I made an error and ordered the wrong peptides. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get this corrected or that it would be a huge headache to fix.
