I ordered Reta and bac water, had questions about my order and their support team replied very fast and helped me to place the order. When I paid, it was shipped in few hours. The Reta is great quality, not couldy after mixing with water. Thank you!
It took a a bit longer than I expected, 4 days to Rotterdam. I think it’s because they are using DPD, because i got tracking number the same day. In terms of product I ordered GHK-Cu and Reta and both look good so far but its been only a week now.
At first a was a bit put off by the fact that I selected card payment but needed to pay with a bank transfer, as I understand they’re sorting something out with their bank, and these problems are understandable in this business, but still a small inconvience for me. Besides that all was fine, it arrived as promised and design looks great. Customer support was nice and helpfull.

Overall experience was really good. Ordered 4 different and all look good after reconstitution. The only thing was that it took a but longer to deliver, but their customer support contacted me to let it know, it took like 4 business days, but since I got free shipping really can’t complain.

Ordered BPC and GHK-Cu, looks good, but im only in week 2 so I feel BPC working, for GHK I think I'll need to wait. Arrived quickly.
