Seem to have problems with supplies
Seem to have problems with supplies, struggling to get hold of this atm. I have a rescue with leishmaniasis who has been on the M/L breed food since rescue, he's done well on this food so I don't really want to change it, but it's looking like I have no choice 😞

Made up the order with smaller quantities
We ordered a 6kg bag. Unfortunately, Percuro didn't have any in stock. Instead of saying sorry we are out of stock like most companies they sent us 3 x 2 kg as one shipment.

I ordered from Robert Dyas, within hours I got an email from Percuro stating that the 6kg bag was out of stock but they’d send me 3x2kg ones if that was ok.

A happy result for Hamish
The speed with which I was contacted by both the owner of the company and her PR executive was excellent , the delivery error was rectified and my order arrived within a couple of days together with a small package containing two bags of treats for our dog . A very kind gesture which was much appreciated by our Westie , Hamish !
