Peregrine Clothing Opiniones 

I ordered 3 pairs of expensive walking boot socks. Only two pairs arrived. I contacted the company on 8 January 2005. As at 2 February 2005 have received no reply at all.

**I appreciate the response below, I have received a refund, but this was after I started a chargeback request through my bank which seemed to prompt this. Just a courtesy email to say the product had been received, or an update would have sufficed.**I ordered a jumper after Christmas, when it arrived it was slightly too large. Not the fault of the company, these things happen. I returned the item of clothing at the beginning of January, marked as delivered on the 8th. Despite two follow up emails I have not had one bit of correspondence from them to confirm they have received the delivery (as is their policy according to their website) and not even the courtesy of a reply. I would have shopped here again, but having received such terrible service and seemingly down £70 with no product (probably deemed theft if this was the other way around) I would certainly not recommend shopping here.

Bought the Megan sheep jumper, absolutely beautiful. After a few wears it bobbled alot! It's a natural product so its to be expected. Washed it on a ha d wash setting on my machine with no heat... shrunk and felted the wool to a toddler size. Devastated as these jumpers are not cheap! Company will not do anything to help even though I followed the aftercare and washing guidelines. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service given. I would avoid buying any natural products from them as you are gambling with what your going to be left with. £145 plus shipping for the average cost per wear down to around three wears it's poor.

Contacted customer service some months ago. I still haven't heard back from them.

Less than 24 hours between placing an order and receiving it in Portugal—truly mind-blowing! I ordered a sweater, and it absolutely delivered in both quality and fit. Exceptional in every way. Will definitely be ordering from Peregrine again.

My Order arrive poorly packed in an envelope that had split open, which was not good enough as its been raining all week!
No telephone number available and 3 days to answer an Email is un -acceptable.
Was told they use Envelopes as its sustainable and saves packaging.
Dam the customer and their order which may have cost hundreds of pounds
Was told they are saving the planet, which I pointed out is not their job
Another poor experience with Peregrine!!!
Be aware they don't look after customers

I bought a t-shirt from Peregrine which was initially thought to be good quality. About a month after purchase the thread started to come out around the waist. It was past Peregrine's 21day policy so they were not interested in helping.
Disappointing to see that they do not stand behind their quality statements.

I love this brand and the fact the products are made in the UK and ethical too . I bought one of their 1796 jumper cream and red jumpers which I absolutely loved , but really disappointed to see the wool started to bubble after a few wears and despite a cold hand wash the dye of the the red wool has completely ran into the cream and completely spoilt the jumper ! It’s disappointing that the wearability of the jumper is not up to the ethical and sustainable standards Peregrine set out within their branding and sadly won’t be shopping with them again.

Bought a nice wool jumper for a Xmas present. It stank, I mean really bad. We hoped it would improve over time but no, it still stinks. Asked for a replacement or refund and as it’s been a couple of months they’re not interested at all. Try to buy British but I’ll think again next time. Best to avoid Peregrine Clothing

Their clothes are more expensive, but the quality is unlike anything you can find on a High Street. I've bought a number of items now including an overcoat, shirts and jumpers over the last 5 years or so and each piece is something you want to keep and wear again and again. What's lovely is the obvious care taken in picking top quality materials. You can see how quality fabrics wash and re-wear completely differently to High street (even good quality high street) clothing. Worth the extra and their stuff makes a beautiful gift.

Great customer service and fast delivery! The garments I bought (Wilkinson cardigan and Aran jumper) are very high quality and look even better in person. Super satisfied and happy with the overall experience, thank you!

These are very comfortable casual shirts and my preferred choice of all those that I have tried so far. I have long arms but have been able to get a good fit from Peregrine. Some have been made in Britain and others from Spain but all have been high quality.

I ordered previously from this company laregly without problem, although the jacket I bought claimed on the website to be 100% cotton, but on receipt, the label said quite different. Placed a second order (#24812) 8 days ago and despite being despatched by next day delivery I am still waiting. No communication at all from the seller to explain the issue/delay. When checking the tracking the courier site says the package is being returned to sender. To top off the rubbish customer service having sent a message to ask about my order I'm told I need to wait 3 working days for a response.

Ordered a lady’s sweater in linen/cotton. It is gorgeous. The small is a great fit. The color is really nice. And best of all, it is made in Britain. What a find!

A great company, commendable ethos, well designed, quality clothing that's often traditional without being old fashioned. I've personally had positive experiences with customer service. I have a coat and three jumpers from Peregrine, all bought on separate occasions. The coat in particular is five years old, sees near daily use in the autumn and winter and still looks as good as it did when first purchased.

Recently purchased a Peregrine jumper which is very well made. The quality is high and the style/design of this thick cable knit jumper is one of the best on the market. The reason for not giving them a five star rating is poor customer service. A basic requirement of any retail company should be to look after its customers so that they keep coming back to purchase gain. Customer service is very much a part of that requirement, and if you do not respond to customer emails at all, then your service needs improvement. I’m not saying I would not purchase again from Peregrine as their Made in England clothing is very nice, but now I would look elsewhere before deciding on something new such as Paul James Knitwear which are very similar but better for the money. If anyone from Peregrine does read this, respond to your customers emails or lose the customers.

I buy British whenever possible and have bought Peregrine items before which are all really well made, stylish and comfortable to wear. My recent experience when returning an item for the first time was equally as brilliant as the quality of Peregrine clothing.
I highly recommend Peregrine for British made quality, style and excellent customer service.

My husband bought a jacket which he loves but after a few months it had a small flaw. Customer services have been so helpful and efficient. Would recommend.

The only place I'll order sweaters from. I also ordered two jackets and and a scarf. I am extremely pleased with everything I've received from them.

Bought a waffle cardigan. There was a hole on the seam on the arm. My girlfriend stitched it. There is a bigger hole higher up on the seam. It has not been stitched properly on the seam.
Their exchange rules are stupid so have not even bothered . Was so happy to get this for Xmas. Worn it twice and am very sad and angry
