It is has been 2 weeks since I ordered
It is has been 2 weeks since I ordered. Took over a week to start shipping and has been in "customs" for another week now. Not used to such delays. I don't know how a company can be so so slow fullfiling orders with all the competition out there.

We completely understand that waiting this long is frustrating. All orders placed on weekdays before 2 PM leave our warehouse the same day. If tracking has not updated right away, it is typically because the parcel has not yet been scanned by the shipping carrier.
We’re truly sorry that your package has been delayed in customs. Unfortunately, customs processing times are outside of our control, but we understand that it still affects your experience.

Das klingt definitiv nicht so, wie es sein sollte, und es muss irgendwo ein Fehler passiert sein. Vier Wochen sind natürlich viel zu lange Wartezeit.

Sämste kundservice på länge
Beställde ett par jeans - sat inte som jag önskade - försökte bytta till annat par via hemsidan - men denna kör antagligen enbart i danska kronor, så ger fel belopp som jag ska behöva betala - den tycker jag plötsligt ska betala 378 kr i differens kontra det faktiska belopp som är 50 kr.
Har försökt att skicka 3 mails till kundservice om detta över 1,5 vecka - har inte fått ett enda svar. Hur mycket ska man behöva jaga ett företag som under samma period skickar ett reklam mail typ varannan dag, men inte kan svara på kunders mail.
Sämste kundservice jag har varit med om när man tänker på hur dyra byxorna är!

My order of 2 pairs of Perfect Jeans arrived today so, to start with, 100% for packaging and dispatch.
Words fail me (which is quite unusual for me) to describe how good the jeans felt the moment I tried them on.
As a sceptical and cynical old sod I was somewhat dubious of the marketing claims but I already feel that they are 100% justified.
I am not normally one to shower praise, I'm a grumpy old sod as well as a sceptical and cynical one, but Perfect Jeans deserve every bit of praise that I can bestow.

Great service and amazing product
The Jeans I originally ordered were not the best fit, so I managed to arrange returns and ordered a better size. Everything was done quiet smoothly and delivery was quick. The material, design, size is perfect. The price I think is a bit high, but I guess if you want quality you need to pay for it.
