Buyer beware. I ordered a medium harness, received an XS. Even if the error was my fault, they will not exchange. The customized features are Velcro attachments and there should be no reason to allow an exchange. Be very careful when ordering or you'll be out $30.

I never received the harness. There is no way to contact them. I sent emails but got on response. They do not refund!!
Please do not deal with these folks.

Do not buy harnesses from here. I received the items after a month. When I finally received the harnesses, the qualities were so poor I couldn't use it to my pups. Material is so stiff, I am afraid it will cut our pups skin. And the name patches were bigger than the harnesses its sticks out, the hard edges were touching the pups back. I contacted the customer service, they do not take returns unless it's wrong items. Now I am just trashing it. I can't even donate because of the poor quality.

What a waste of money.
The strap across the chest is Velcro, no fastening clips.
Cover themselves by not accepting returns for a substandard item.

Very poor customer service, poor quality products, harness began to frey on seams after a few weeks, contacted company and sent photo was promised a replacement which took ages for them to respond, they then decided not too replace ad they said it was out of their 30 days guarantee, terrible customer service and bad quality products, Do Not Use this company. Same company as waggy tails.

Dreadful! Ordered a chew ball May 19th - first one admitted eventually to be lost by Hermes . They sent another one 24th June still awaiting delivery. Initially when I said I wanted a refund MICHAEL tells me no refund prior to 90’days - ridiculous. If this ever arrives I would NEVER use them again

Ordered an item over 2 weeks ago after seeing this company advert on Facebook. Still no sign of delivery - Tracking number says it will be delivered by Hermes but when checked it simply says 'in transit' with no update over the last 10 days. Note to self - never trust a Facebook ad or buy from this site again

Totally overpriced product and not fit for purpose. Was coming apart after 20 mins use. Blue plastic chunks easily pulled off and potentially swallowed by puppy. Customer service just said sorry and directed me to terms and conditions which of course said no refund. I would not recommend spending money on this product. You can buy toys from well known high street pet store for a fraction of the price which actually are fit for purpose.

Purchased the Doggie treat chew ball from Perfect Paw Store. It lasted just once as lots of bits broken off and it was ready for the bin. I do not Recommend this company as I had an email from Michelle, Saying nothing last for ever. shocking £19 pound and only used it 1 time so it was delivered on Friday Brocken Friday night shocking product please do not buy waist of money Totally
