We're very sorry to hear you're unhappy with your purchase.
From our previous correspondence, it appears the fragrance you ordered was Alien Extraintense, rather than the original Alien. Your initial query was regarding receiving the incorrect item, rather than the fragrance itself, as the two scents have different compositions and therefore smell different.
Had the item been unopened and unused, we would have been more than happy to return and refund your order. Unfortunately, as the fragrance has been used and the original box has been disposed of, we're unable to accept it back as it can no longer be resold.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry we couldn't provide the outcome you were hoping for.
