Nothing at all wrong with the administration and delivery side of things (as always)but the product is definitely NOT what I've been using for years and what I have ordered from you in the past. This is an inferior product compared to the remaining remnants of the last bottle used. Even my wife agrees, no odour and the oily effect on the skin is not present.

I did not receive the perfume. I missed the Royal Mail delivery and they never came the next day as stated.
