I ordered the onesie for my niece's baby shower and found out after the fact that my sister (her mother) contacted PersonalFury directly to request a correction to the dachshund's name. She reported that everyone was so nice and accommodating in making the change. I am grateful! Prompt service - received my 1st order but I realized I should not have ordered it in Gray color so I re-ordered it in Pink to which I have not yet received.

I made a mistake on the dogs name and with no problem they corrected that, which I was very thankful for. I bought a baseball hat and a T-shirt and both of excellent quality! Would recommend To anyone interested in showing off their Pets! Plan on buying more just haven’t figured out what I want yet.

I’m giving it a 2 star because I loved everything about the design. Asked for large t-shirt and received a 2X Large size. I’m not going to give this to the individual that it was intended for. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

They said they delivered the package but it did not arrive.

Turned out to work just as advertised! Actually, was warm on a very cold night and a hit at the party. Good price and updated delivery was spot on.

The quality was awful. I don't know if this is how it's supposed to look although the product images looked clear and nothing like what I got! But, on my daughters faces (I got a separate keychain for each of my daughters faces x2 for me and my husband) and right in the middle of their faces, the best way I can describe it, it looks pixelated. Like white pixels all over their faces. I can't gift this to my husband! It was supposed to be an anniversary present for him and waited weeks for it and now its too late to get one made somewhere else in time! Cost me over $100 too for something I can't use!!
