Fab, fab, fab!
I ordered when Rubee had an offer on as I had never ordered from the company before and I can say I wasn't disappointed with the items I received or the quality of the items. The onesies are a little on the large size but that's my fault as I should have down sized as my grandkids are only little midgets for their ages 🤣, but the quality and feel of them are really good. What can I say about the sub pjs , well just WOW!! The quality of the material is just fab and they are super soft. I haven't subbed on them yet as I'm undecided on what design to put in them. But from seeing other people's work on their page, I know I won't be disappointed with how they sub. As for customer service, Rubee went above and beyond to help me, to the point of phoning me to help me with my enquiry. Delivery was within a week which I thought was reasonable with the amount of orders that the company would of had to have got through because of the deal that they had put on. Would I recommend, most definitely!! If you haven't tried this company then give them a go, the quality of the pyjamas is amazing and you won't be disappointed!

Ruby has always been extremely helpful and accommodating. Her products are of a high quality and always dispatched quickly or collection is offered if local which luckily for me I am. I would definitely recommend this seller as trustworthy and reliable.

Nice items, but wouldn't RECOMMEND this company to anyone, if you need to enquire about anything their customer SERVICE is ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. Twice this has happened unless ure a mind reader of their policies Then what this Company does she puts it all over Social Media and BLOCKS you. Is that PROFESSIONAL???

After leaving a bad honest review. Rubee will blast you over their social media page to gain extra likes as they don't want to address the comment made. DONT DARE TRY TO STICK UP FOR YOURSELVES BECAUSE YOU WILL GET BLOCKED
That is NOT how to run a business. Their Facebook business page is so unprofessional, you can't ask a simple question without getting pounced on! I believe there are courses out there to gain better experience in customer services. I truly believe Rubee and her Husband would benefit from these.

Funny how it takes 48 hours to here back from an order query but it takes less than 6 hours to get a reply about a negative review in trust pilot

Absolutely could not fault the service or quality of products on offer. Owner goes above and beyond - rushing orders for me and ensuring that I've ordered the right thing when I've changed from my usual. Would not go anywhere else and will happily recommend to everyone!
